When elected, I will work towards a doctor friendly Nevada where doctors are encouraged to open self pay practices and are not required to accept insurance nor penalized or demonized for a cash only practice. Sue Lowden was right. Since my daughter was an infant we have either traded services or paid cash for all her medical needs. She is 11 years old now and we have saved thousands by this practice. That's thousands that would have gone into the hands of insurance bureaucrats to help them lobby for more laws that further limit our own freedom of choice. It's time that doctors are encouraged to consider a simple operation that doesn't require them to input any number of 144,000 codes into a computer just to get paid.
